1. Ginger

Many studies reveal that ginger has the efficacy as anticoagulant (anti blood clotting) to prevent blockage of the blood vessels which is the major cause of stroke and heart attack. Such efficacy is way much better than onions or garlic and ginger is also capable of lowering cholesterol levels by reducing the absorption of cholesterol in the blood and liver.

 

Essential oil of ginger rhizome is useful to let out the intestinal gas and help the heart function, lower blood pressure and cleanse the body through sweat. This is because ginger stimulates the release of the adrenaline hormone and widens blood vessels which results in faster and smoother blood flow and lighten the work of the heart to pump the blood.

 

The study which was conducted by Japanese experts also revealed that ginger can lower high blood pressure by reducing peripheral blood flow rate (blood flow edge).

3. Clove, Clove Flowers, Clove Stems, and Clove Leaves

Clove has the efficacy to cope with toothache, sinusitis, nausea and vomiting, bloating, colds, headaches, stomach ulcers, cough, delayed menstruation, rheumatism, measles, and others.

5. Nutmeg and Nutmeg Leaves
