It's like when you have your neighbor's kids to tend your store while you're gone. The staffs have little product knowledge as well on how to tend to customers, not to mention poor time management. Took over 20mins for them to reheat a muffin when the store wasn't even busy. Also served the muffin without saying anything.
It is such a shame since their coffee is pretty decent. Letting two unknowledgeable kids to tend the store is really a risk to the brand image.

Really relaxing and chilling place, the baristas are pretty nice as well. Might want to diversify the music choices though but overall pretty good.

Provides various signature coffees and manual brews as strong point. Serves you heavy meals as well as light snacks. Venue is located on main street and quite spacious for small-group meeting.
Nice bright 2fl building for hang out with friends althou place not so big. The 2nd floor is smoking area. Try their signature of Sweet Double Boom, coffee with walnut taste, recommended. Price is reasonable
