This place is really something for me. A sanctuary just in the heart of a crowded city. Calm and cosy ambience, good food and nice coffee (a bit pricey thou), nostalgic environment (for me), friendly people. I always love to spent a little time to find serenity here in one hectic day. 😍
Went there in Ramadhan. It opens at 4 pm, but we could use the chair outside for discussion, while waiting for iftar time. Food was not the best one, but Ok. I tasted nasi timbel. Pisang goreng was really good. It also serve manual brew single origin coffee. Flores, jawa, mandailing etc. It also provide free takjil for iftar.
Surrounded by big trees makes this cafe resto well shaded and comfort. They have aircond room inside with 10 tables and outside smooking room with 10-12 tables. The cafe provides modern and traditional foods and drinks including coffee, tea and juice.
Ideal for afternoon meeting or just for a cup of coffee. Toilet and small prayer room for two persons available inside. As you can see in the menu, there are several choice of Indonesian famous coffee.
