  One if nice coffe shop in Cirebon city

  I have no idea why they gave good ratings. When I entered the coffee shop, there were two young men sitting turns out to be one of them since the unprofessional barista asked about the payment method that I’ve made to one of them. The barista have no clue about the different between fresh milk and full cream, he tried to put my hot cappuccino into a PLASTIC CUP, very slow and kept coming back and fort to wash the dishes etc. I ordered one Thai Tea, and simply just left since it took way too long for him to make it. The place was ok, and the coffee just fine. But they really need to make many improvements on the things I’ve mentioned above.

  All of the menu from bakery are exquisite and tasty. Love their cheese and raspberry pie a lot. Not too mention the staff also the best staff I met. They look sincere also very helpful. The place always crowded that sometimes difficult to get you a seat but its okay as the food are tasty.. My favorite breakfast menu is always egg any ways which they served with bread plus the flat white coffee. Breakfast and bakery place all at once ❤️

  Had a beautiful breakfast with my friend this morning, vibe is the best. Food is amazing and friendly staffs made it completely awesome. Definitely would comeback soon and highly recommend

  Try the Raspberry Mousse Cheesecake it’s probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten 🤣🤣 also

  I come here sometimes to buy bread, croissants or desserts. The food is usually good, when it’s fresh. And that’s the point. The last time I came in it was 8:45 in the morning. There were not “anymore” much croissants and some of the pasteries were looking a bit “old”; so I asked the waiter if the items were fresh of the same day or from the day before. She answered me without hesitation that they were fresh of the day. I bought them but they turned out to be at least 24h old, old butter is tasting bad, and the bread was like chewing gum. The waiter lied to me. For whatever reason she felt entitled to lie to me even if she probably knows I’m a recurrent customer because she saw me there many times. This attitude is unacceptable. Everyone who comes from Europe knows what a fresh croissant is and what an old one tastes like, those were definitely not fresh.
  Dear L. from the team. Welcoming your customers and serving them good products should be a pleasure for you, it’s your job, a little smile and a “thank you” would be nice - and you know what? the customer will come back and/or leave a good review. Lying to your customers is the worst thing you can do, and the manager and the owner of this place should not tolerate this. Ah and please, remember that it’s illegal not giving the recipe to the customer! I ALWAYS have to ask for it, always. If I don’t they just don’t give it and btw round up always the bill in their favor...so maybe the next time I better look for my breakfast somewhere else, where at least people don’t lie to me and serve me the food I expect and pay for!
