Mba mba nya sangat tidak ramah, orang mau pesen malah ga di respon dengan baik, iya tau orderan online banyak, tapi seengganya menghargai orang yg beli dan datang langsung. Istri istri saya mau pesen baru ngomong sekecap aja sudah dipotong “bentar ya” responnya sudah jutek, terus setelah mau ngomong mau pesen apa tp dipotong lg sama mba mba nya. Akhirnya gajadi beli, padahal udah langganan tp pelayanan nya 👎🏻. Kejadian tanggal 4 Mei 2022 jam 13:00, ada 2 mba mba yg jaga tolong di didik ulang soal pelayanan ke customer yg baik

The food is ok, I ordered butter chicken which taste average, but the lasagna is good. The service is really bad. First time we went here, we had to wait more than 30 mins for our food even tho there's no guests there but us. The second time, I had to wait over an hour for my food because there's guests before us. To make it even worse, the waitress forgot my order. No parking also, you have to park at Gramedia. The only good thing is that this place is a very dog friendly restaurant. If you don't mind to wait for over an hour for your food or only sit around for coffee, then this is a right place for you.
