A little bit cramped but every J.Co store already is. Staffs are friendly. One thing to keep in mind is that they didn't provide car parking space, you might want to park at McDonald's or Starbucks (sounds funny I know)
It has outdoor seatings and during the visit, it is nice since they also apply the health protocols.

The best place to talk with friends, good taste from donuts and beverage. I always come here.
The ambience is great, but the service is a bit disappointing, there's room for improvement for hospitality.
I understand it is rush hour but hospitality is one of the reason customer wanting to come back.
The donut and coffee are amazing as always.
Toilet is located on 2nd floor, not so proper but yeah it's okay for urgency. Be careful on the stairs, it is slippery when it's raining.
Nice place for those who looking for enjoyable for doing your task, or reading etc. the wifi is fast as well. everything so good but the parking area is too small, especially for car.
Cold brew original literally taste like kapal api, doesn't mean kapal api is bad but for the price they offer it certainly is.
