Great place. Sold at least a dozen donuts with different flavors/toppings. There are many variety of beverages (cold and hot) such as : hot tea, iced tea, iced lemon tea, milk tea, hot chocolate, hot coffee, and many more. Fully equipped with good internet access (I personally reach 1.5 mb/s) its a perfect combination for someone who want to get something done (assignment, paper work,etc). The place is quite comfortable with chilling air conditioner, there are two toilets each is for man and woman).
There are few downside : limited parking for car and motorcycle (especially motorcycle) it can only fit several vehicle
Second downside is that this place lack of mushola (a place for praying for muslim), it really bothers me that I had to leave the place so I could pray, and the nearest place for praying is At-Taqwa mosque.
