  The place for the best evening and daytime functions! The gym is great and has a welcoming atmosphere with all the facilities to freshen you up after a hard session. Speaking of which, I love the group training classes. Matty who runs them is really enthusiastic and will push you to make the gains. I love the Ice baths and mag pool in the wellness center. Jackie who runs that is great for information on diet and injuries. With all of that training you need healthy food and Loka is your one stop for all of the above. They keep on expanding and improving even during Covid. Loka changed my life during lockdown and gave me structure to my day, my week, my month, my 2020! Pop in!

  Loka was awesome and catered for our needs. Matt (Owner) pushed us in the Surffit Class and also helped us by guiding us in the direction of some of the local breaks (Unknown ones as well). Located a little bit out of the Hustle of inner Kuta makes it ideal spot to catch up and talk with friends. The food was always on point we were traveling with our 2 girls (5 years and 3 years) would recommend the Buddha and Poke bowls. The Burgars were definitely the best ones we have seen so in Kuta as well. Matt and his Staff were always accommodating. Strongly recommend you place this one on your list. Will be back next time we are in Kuta, Lombok.

  Great coffee but very bad "healthy shots". It's just NOTHING, but some weird powder (I took a super green shot, with spiraling, chlorella and other good stuff. The result you can see on the picture. Taste like water.)
  Overall the rest of the menu is amazing, the staff is great and we love this place.
  The only thing is "shots"... are fake and not healthy at all
