  I can’t believe that today my the most favorite and loved place in Bali broke my heart.
  I catched the person at the cashier showing a grimace “big eyes” face expression behind my back when I turned.
  After I just came to make sure if they didn’t forget my order because I was waiting too long for banana bread.
  I couldn’t believe what I just saw.
  I ordered banana bread and asked if they can do with ice cream, the girl said that they normally do with cream. It was ok for me and we confirmed the order (I thought maybe they don’t have icecream but I was fine with that).
  After 20 mins of waiting I thought maybe they forgot and just came to make sure that my order is coming. The girl asked me if I want banana bread with ice cream? I thought we confirmed the cream already.
  But I was happy to hear they can put icecream instead:)
  that was all and I was ready to go to my spot.
  But I turned back and saw how the person made a face about me.
  I felt so sad and I asked: “what’s wrong did I say or asked to receive that bad face expression?”
  The person started explaining to me my fault in details. But there was no issue.
  I said “it’s doesn’t really matter to me, I just came to remind you about my order” and we confirmed it already. Anyways both cream or whatever was ok to me.
  “I love this place and feel happy with everything here, food and etc. Seeing you making a bad face expression made me feel bad”.
  The person didn’t say sorry, only “bye bye” and I paid and left the place.
  Honestly, I cried after
  The best place with the nicest people and the most warming atmosphere and greates music in Bali where everything was made with love.
  The most simple misunderstanding caused and unprofessional response from person who works there to a guest who comes there every day.
  I think it’s very childish and not respectful.
  I just wish people love their job.
  Because human bean is a great place to work in.

  One of my favorite places to work. Cozy and quiet. Food is pretty good and they have nice coffee. Good value for your money.
  Edit: Strike most of what I said before. Been coming here for about a year, 2-3 times a week. It was recently sold and the prices went up a lot. First they snuck in an increase of 15% by not including service and tax in the price on the menu when it was before, that was annoying but I wouldn't have been bothered too much. Then a few weeks later they just straight up changed the menu prices are up 40 to 50%.
  50k for a their cold brew is too much, I don't know of anywhere else that is over 40k and for a larger size. 120k for a ciabatta also too much. I mean, man, not even Revolver in Canggu is this expensive and it's one of the trendiest cafe's on the island.
  Sad. I really liked this place but I will be spending far less time and money here now.
