The hotel itself is decent. Good enough room for me for the price, warm attitude staff as well. Just the food felt so so. Probably can do a bit better for food.
One thing that I complain is that, whilst car is allowed to be brought into the building - I stayed in Suite Giraffe, bikes could not.
We have to walk every time we want to use the bike for meals and stuff. Despite bringing a big bike (big CC bike, not regular, daily use bike), it must be parked on the basement near the lobby and no one is really watching over it.

We were staying at the PANDA Hotel , the building that so called the new hotel of this RSG during 1 to 3 Sept 2021.
The surrounding view was good, the air was very fresh. But we felt disappointed when we just arrived at the room, we found out that the room was not clean and dusty, we even found ciggarete butts on the balcony which not cleaned. But anw, we complained to the hotel and then they clean it.
The other problem was the network connection. In our room, Tsel network was not working, the WiFi was also low connection. Cannot open anything. Not a good choice for WFH staycation. Hope the hotel management can fix this.
Anothet thing, Room Phone service also not working.
The other facilities were good, bird park was amazing, food taste was fine.
This review was written live while we are still staying, so we will just review the room so far and will be updated until check out.
We chose this hotel for our family short-staycation and got a room on the 2nd floor of the Giraffe Hotel Building.
Plus:
1. Room View, we chose the one towards the mountain, quite ok. While the other view faces inward (parking lot)
2. Rooms are quite spacious and clean
Minus:
1. Room's furniture/interior are not kids friendly, my daughter's knee got scratch when she hit the corner of the bed.
2. Bathroom is smelly, and it is recognized the first time we enter the room. Most probably from the drainage
Best club in Canggu with mesmerizing view and stunning set up. Price is reasonable and the service is amazing. Get discount for booking VIP become 50% off. Parking lot little bit narrow, but there are vallet that ready to serve. Oh ya, and the singer is amazing. We spent the weekend with super singer that whe thought she lipsync at first . Waiter is polite and friendly too.

But no doubt this is a super great club. $300 deposit can easily finished for food and beverages. For was yummy. Me and the gang, we had pizza, nachos, sushi and tempura and lotsa drinks.
Love how it didn't rule how to dress and so on. Some clubs had too many rules. We come to spend money, best make people comfortable
Be careful, drinks may be mixed with arak. Vibe is lit tho

Issues with the Finns Recreational Club membership with their new: " freeze" OPTION (" their support COVID SOLUTION") but still have to pay 50% but can not acces any service and their free "downgrade cards" option and then if you want use those downgraded cards again a they charge "re-activation fee of 10% per card of the membership fee plus the fee of the months you downgraded those same cards" ?
Upgrading and downgrading the amount of cards used to be free, untill last september. Now you can down or upgrade the amount of cards for free. So if you have less guests in your villa you can take less (downgrade) the cards at any time. Vice versa with upgrading, pay per 3 months.
Now you have to pay 10% of every card you want to upgrade. 10% of the entry member ship fee (1200USD to join registry fee) which is a 2jt (120USD) per card you want to upgrade BUT this is the kicker: you need to pay for those months you downgraded that card also in full. So in the end you paid all the months even more then in the freeze option, plus the 10%..
A service that used to be free and without retroactive payments, since they have already a hefty membership fee a 20jt for 5yrs, next to their monthly fees of 1 to 2jt per card, you would.expect you would get some service for that 20jt.
That was the free upgrade and downgrade but not sure what benefit this brings anymore..
Is it me or does this looks like a misleading their customers ?
Membership of 12 cards paid over 380jt ( 21.000 USD) in fees over the last 6 years, we have 4 years left. We plan to take 12 cards again but because of Covid our business is on 0. Out of loyalty we took 6 cards still but they will charge us still if we want to upgrade again to the old amount of 12.
We dont know when that will be maybe in 6 or 7 months. But then they will charge us re-activation fee of 2jt (120USD per card) 720 dollars plus we need to retroactive the months we didnt use those cards monthly fees. A bit strange to charge cards that you downgraded as they are actually non existent anymore. So they expect us still for 6 member ship cards extra while we were not member with those 6 cards. So that would be 7 months x 6 membership cards: 42jt (3000 USD) plus 720 USD = 3720 USD just to upgrade from 6 memberships to 12 memberships.
Then they have 6 extra members and 6 extra member fees.
This must be the only company in the world that punishes their customers for bring extra business to their business, this after already bringing them already for 6 years over 21.000 USD in fees.
Considering they changed this free upgrade and downgrade option last September'20 during their closure of Covid it is highly suspicious what the motivation is behind this trickery.
Dissapointing to say the least.
We will bring our business elsewhere.
