The coffee and food were both delicious. Service was also good. Very relaxing environment. One thing to note is that there is a small place selling healthy bowls downstairs, you donât need to order there. We didnât know and ordered one bowl each, ended up only had one big breakfast to share at the Shelter.

This place has really gone downhill. I went there yesterday and I ordered the cheese burger. It came without any salad or anything in the bun except a small cheese burger like the junior one in McDonalds and some spicy sauce on the inside , and a few french fries .There was no water brought to the table and no snacky beetroot chips served either on arrival like before . We had to ask for the paper napkins and the staff seemed so uninterested in doing their job properly. We ordered coffee and she did not bring any sugar to the table .I tried to get her attention but she was to busy chatting to the other staff behind the counter instead of watching the customers ..I then had to get up and ask her for the sugar which is usually bright to the table with tea and coffee in every other restaurant. I would not recommend this place at all.
