Definately need to renovate inside the room. Too many defects here and there especially in the bathroom. 2 lights didn't work, submit a complaint turns out they don't have the spare to change it.
Interms of cleanness way too far to my standard perhaps, as the way I experienced they not really bother to change your bed sheet, vacuum your room and mopping unless you requested.
Breakfast, the only services that I would give two thumbs, they have a great selections.
My conclusion with the price I paid, not worth, too expensive with that kind of services, not to mention the attitude of the staff, from security to front liner under rated! They don't have hotel behaivour (hospitality, warm, greeting, not at all)

I was a loyal take away customer of Hokben BTM. Every time I visit BTM, I always buy food for take away from the restaurant. But since Covid-19 pandemic occured, many people order through online from Hokben BTM. When I order for take away, it took more than half an hour to complete the order. It feels stressful and frustating. My suggestion is to order for "dine in" rather than "take away". Or just order online without wasting your time.
Slow service
You should be ashamed by selling such a disgusting red Velvet cake ini your McCafe. The worst red velvet I've ever eaten in my life. The cream and the sponge were dry and tasteless. The tiramisu was edible but not good neither.
