The best hotel experience so far.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
So many activities for adults and children that you can choose at the activities corner.
Room was big, breakfast was superb.
There are 3 pools in 3 different areas.
3 nights was not enough. Surely will be coming back soon.

The location is just right, it is around 50 - 70 minutes from Jakarta CBD (if the traffic permits) and located right at the start of Puncak main road within the exclusive residential of Vimala Hills. Vimala Hills itself is well maintained, you will find lush greeneries, instragrammable parks, lakes, and gardens. Giving you ample choices to explore the area.

The hotel size is enormous! It has several pools, multiple connected towers, various restaurants in addition to jogging track, playgrounds, activity rooms, gym, and spa. Guest also can enjoy in-house activities (for Adults, Teens, Kids) or explore surrounding by rent scooter, bike, tandem, ATV, or ride mini Tram in the morning/afternoon. The room meets Pullman's standard, it has a spacious bed, complete amenities, sofa/chairs, charging stations, closet, safe deposit box, minibar, and adequate balcony. The balcony is the place to enjoy the cool and breezy weather of Ciawi, spend hours snacking or relaxing there!

Please take note this is an immense resort with a lot of guests (due to the year-end holiday). Some minor glitch is passable but has no impact on our great experience. Overall this is a solid property and probably the best choice in Puncak/Bogor/Ciawi area. Really enjoy my stay!

Well, you can imagine the taste. Nothing is so special but you know that you can always rely on this place whenever you need. This place always helps especially if you have kids. By the way, this place has strategic location, easy to access.
