  We booked the Dolphin bungalow and I can honestly say it was the most disgusting room I have ever seen. Rat droppings on the floor, mold in the rooms on the windows and in the bathrooms. Very dated room. The balcony door would not open, scuffs on all the walls, the bathroom taps exploded and needed to be fixed all within 10 minutes of arriving. Very dirty bathrooms with threadbare towels. We asked to move. We checked out the lion suites and they were equally as bad. Eventually we ended up in the Panda rooms which were better. The facilities of the hotel are good but there is a lack or service. I find it hard to understand how a hotel can spend so much on the renovations to common areas but completely forget the rooms. The pictures speak for themselves.

  Beautiful, modern, expensive place! I like it! For my opinion, this place is for couples, friends, big companies, not for families.
  Plus: design, stuff, ocean view, clean toilet, a lot of pools.
  Minus: a little bit pricy, but tasty

  Great vibes, great food, amazing service. My group of friends totally enjoyed our time there at the VIP section with their complimentary towels, face mist and the staff goes further to provide us with charging cables as well. Priced decently for the food and drinks with happy hour offer as well. Staffs were professional and accommodating to our requests to top it all. Would definitely be back again!

  This beach really deserves 5 stars as a party place. Clean amenities, nice pool, nice beds and the service is top and efficient.
  When the sun goes down the atmosphere goes up and the DJ and live singer are super great.
  If you want to party don’t search anymore.
  Drinks choice is nice. Food quality is average but not what people are searching in this place I think.
  Probably one of the most expensive place in Bali but still recommended for party.

  I don’t want to be unfair and give a super low review because don’t get me wrong it’s a beautiful beach club. Seems like it would be a blast to spend the day with your friends and party and socialize. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. However, I feel like it is extremely falsely advertised as a family friendly place. It says that families are welcome and that there is a section specifically dedicated to children, but it really just seems like an adults club that lets families and children inside. The kids section is really just a kiddie pool that’s right across from an adults only pool with people partying and doing hookah. If that’s the type of beach club you’re going for this place is fantastic and gorgeous but definitely not a family place. The club music is also kinda too loud to speak to people.
