This is one of my comfy place for work or at least chill with the laptop. AS i visited this for couple times, i feel like this upnormal are using more effective and efficiency to cut the budget. I can see that we should make ourself a self servic when we ordered and now even picked up the order. With an alarm (like I've seen in some Singapore resto). It is good to have a solid system, but it should managed well. I think they have less workers. Which makes the waiting time is too long. AS I seat for an hour, I just see one worker (the guy with a glasses) that become cashier, runners, and clean up the Tables. And it's not perfectly clean because he should run again to served other menus and being cashier. Credit for him! Please be better, because I do love this place 🙂
