As a concept of "internet cafe", customers will feel less 'guilty' sitting hours at the cafe without ordering any food/drinks. Because practically we pay for the wi-fi connection first, the food and drinks as an extra. But as this business model developed, the 'extra' has been managed and designed very well and could lure customers like me, who's there only for the table and the internet connection, to actually buy food and drinks.
Timoho cafe (non-smoking area) has the most restaurant-like vibe among other Super Hotspots. Kind of reminds me of Canting Restaurant in Galeria Mall Jogja, just with people and their laptops and books. Hands down, the best interior design overall. Except for the smoking area, when there's rainfall its floor would be pooled and the poor waiters had to mop it up.
