The place is nice, but there is no distinct separation between hotel lobby and the cafe. The atmosphere is nice. Not too loud. The food is prepared quickly. In 30 minutes I have done with ordering, eating, and payment.
A restaurant that serves Indonesian and Dutch delicacies. Not too big but offer a comfortable ambiance. The aren't also many wait staff but they manage to handle our orders and other guests pretty well. However, some of the foods we wanted to have weren't available and this had made one of my companions upset. They also made a small mistake on my chicken order but it was resolved immediately, so I had no complaints. The prices are pretty high for traditional food but the taste is not so bad so I will dismiss this as one of the perks of eating at a café. However, they have selections of packages that are more reasonable in prices. Hence, you can always opt for that if budget is an issue. Overall, I will definitely come back here if I ever visit Grand Indoneia in the future.
It's an OK restaurant. At any ordinary day I would not queue for their food. But they held a fest for a very popular game, so I had to endure long, slow queue with my daughter to buy just OK food in order to buy some limited merchandise.

booking was done via whatsapp chat only, causing disorganization. i messaged them for the first time in october for december booking, they said they would note it and inform me again later, but there was no update even after H-1. i tried to contact them several times and finally got update that the date i booked was full. they recommended me different day and thankfully it worked.
just imagine that if you come from different city or even province...H-1 and no confirmation, waiting anxiously and have to plan for the trip to jakarta.
i think that the management is not ready to handle such event, overwhelmed, and there are a lot to improve.
also saw the banner saying that criticism should be said to the game developer, but WKB is the event organizer, right? sure there are things we should say to game developer but i think WKB is not free from criticism either.
tho the store staff were OK, they were quick to help and pretty nice. they did look overwhelmed as well, due to a lot of customers. but since i had booking, i was able to get in without waiting in line. the food was okay although i could tell it was done in rush, but still understandable.
decorations was ok, there were some complaints about lack of decors and they fixed it.
if WKB is planning to hold another event, please improve the boooking method and coordinate more thoroughly with other staff. overall thank you for holding the event, i hope you can improve in the future.
