Wait staff is too busy to stop by the table but has enough time to have an attitude. On the plus side, the coffee is a decent and free wifi is available.
I love this place but don't order your food in if you're really hungry or in a hurry. But the food is good, reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly.

Went on a Friday morning - 1 person ahead of me and it took 25 minutes to get an egg sandwich. They are nice and all but not worth the price of the food.
Slow service. Good food. Go if you are not in a rush.

Skeeve wifi from Dupont Italian Kitchen across the street when Steam's isn't working.
Got the fancy $5 mixed fruit dish with sprinkled sugar.
The food is good, but the service is so. slow. Also generally quite warm in here during the summer.

Ordered a Pomodoro sandwich that came with basil - one, solitary, sad looking basil leaf in the entire sandwich. Not impressed with the ingredients.
