Date Night Is... a day trip up to Storm King Art Center. An absolutely fabulous place to escape to on a spring/summer afternoon. Bring a picnic and find the perfect tree to nap beneath.
PSA if you spent anytime cutting through the longer grass, check yourself for ticks. These sneaky critters will latch on and try to catch a free ride back to NYC

Get out of the city and take a day trip during the Fall! Get there early to make sure you can rent bikes. Also packing a snack is wise, although the snackbar is serviceable.
