Go with Juban Dinner Deluxe, the best meats are perhaps Kalbi Short Ribs, Outside Skirt Steak, and Tongue if you aren't grossed out. Hanger Steak is quite good too.

How has no one yet suggested the Ishiyaki Bibimba? It's savory, seaweed-y, slightly crunchy and served in a stone bowl.
