Literally garbage, no proper system. Just expect ‘system down’ more frequently esp on sunday. One advice, anything run by the authorities, will definitely go down south. It just boggles your mind
Arrived at 8.10am for passport renewal on a Sunday. Collected passport at 10.20am. Breakfast just few walks away. Friendly officers. Thumbs up
come early morning before 0830(operating hours) and pay rm200 for 5 yrs passport renewal. just bring your old passport. no need passport pictures and fill up any form now.
On weekends it is so packed. Be here as early to get ur number, esp on weekend. Sunday, if u come at 9 am above, u will be at least 3 hours there.

Service is one of the best I've ever tried. Not only they are kind and talk to you while doing work. The way they greet you and say thank you to you really give you the 5star service. Love it

Have to walk deeper into the building abit but there's less crowd here. Open till 10pm. Passport can be renewed and picked up within an hour. Break time 7-8pm though.
