  You can customize your ramen here, no just with toppings. You can have your broth less salty a d or less oily. You can request your noodles to be harder or softer too.

  Looks like they turned nan chuu into a gmen x nan chuu. Huge selection of ramen but limited izakaya menu. I miss the old nan chuu and the mushroom and bacon yaki udon.
