Walked in at 4:29 for my 4:30 appointment. They took care of me right away and were expecting me. That's service.
You're treated like royalty when you walk in to purchase, but if you come in with a "factory defect" with your NEW purchase you have a snowball's chance in hell..... just sayin'

Terrible service, act like they know everything and blow you off if you have a serious problem. Diagnostics are like pulling teeth.
You will most likely need to make an apt if you need help or something replaced
