Weekday lunch or weekend all day buffet is best. Though you will be tempted to just to the fried stuff, veggies and fruits are very fresh. Also, the water is been alkalinized.

It's Houston's healthiest buffet. Only fresh vegetables and some great vegetarian recipes. All you can eat. One of my favorite places.
