If you bought the tickets online, you should print it at ticketing office just outside of the station. You need passport to print. Also the guy at desk #1 knows English. It is better to try it first.

When you arrive in Nanjing, make sure you go to the square in front of the station. One of the best view of the city!
Don't be afraid of the long waiting line at the ticket office. They sell quite fast tickets. Don't forget your passport!

Now the old station is new!!!! Wow! I don't know if the old part is still there but at the other side... I arrived by metro and couldn't see if the taxis still arrive in front of the lake!

Give preference to Nanjing Nan station if you are carring heavy luggages!
