Helpful and friendly staff. Giving you advice patiently. The ramen is nice and very tasteful. Only thing is that the queue is rather long. Go on weekdays during off peak hours.
I ordered extra black fungus, but the black fungus was bitter, made the soup taste bitter too. Feedback to the waitress, waitress said it’s normal. Very disappointed after queuing for 20 minutes.
Tried bough original and black garlic soup base and it was good!
tsukemen broth was thick and chunky. Not for the fainthearted
Siu mai are very substantial
Shiro tsukemen is definitely worth the try! Thick broth with savoury pork that melts in your mouth. Doesn’t come with jammy egg.
Had to queue for an hour during dinner time! However once inside service was fast and great! Friendly staff. Good food. Lots of flavours to choose from
The broth is very tasty, chasu is thick slice. The AC is not cool enough for the place.

Arrived at 2pm on Saturday and the queue was 30 minutes. I left at 3pm, and it was about the same. Two main options~ ramen and tsukemen. Six main soup options with Shiro being their signature.
Overall are good. No difference if you order without meat or not coz you’re paying normal price
